Breathwork Classes for Adults

In Portland, Oregon and Online

Do you want to learn how to use your breath for optimal health and wellbeing?

You don’t learn to paint, sing or cook by reading a book, you have to experience it.

No one teaches us how to breathe properly, and most of us, as babies, do. Our bodies are incredible, we are constantly scanning our environments and taking in information and reacting automatically to external sensory stimuli.

Yet, our nervous systems have not evolved enough to process the amount, speed, intensity and relentlessness of sensory stimuli that the industrial revolution, tech age, and capitalism throws our way 24/7. So the first thing to get dysregulated is our breath, and we often don’t even realise.

Dysfunctional breathing causes a host of physical and emotional issues. But the great thing is, we can take back control of our breathing and change this!

Join Rooted Breathwork Classes to learn how to breathe better, feel healthier in body, mind and spirit, in a group setting.

You’ll be guided through breathwork practices, and given tools to help you learn how to navigate your day, week and crisis moments with more clarity, balance and regulation.
