How much space do we need?

A conference room, break room, or any quiet space with enough room for chairs will work perfectly. Participants don’t need to lie down unless preferred.

What equipment is required?
No equipment is needed! Breathwork can be done seated or standing, so there’s no need for mats or other supplies.
Are you insured?

Yes, I am fully insured and certified to lead workplace wellness breathwork sessions.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions typically run between 30 to 60 minutes, but they can be tailored to fit your company’s schedule and needs.

Can breathwork be done virtually?

Absolutely! I offer both in-person sessions in Portland, Oregon, and virtual sessions for remote teams.

Who is breathwork not suited for?
Breathwork may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions such as severe respiratory issues, unstable cardiovascular conditions, or severe psychological conditions without medical clearance. If you have concerns about whether breathwork is suitable for you, please consult with your healthcare provider. Some breathwork techniques can be adapted to suit your individual needs. You will be required to sign a waiver prior to breathwork sessions with Rooted Breathwork. It is your responsibility to reach out to me to discuss any concerns, prior to the breathwork.
Is there a waiver or consent form required?

Yes, you are required to complete a waiver and consent form before beginning breathwork sessions. This form ensures that you are aware of the nature of the practice, any potential risks, and provides me with important information about your health and well-being.
